The role of a principal in a Christian school is uniquely demanding, carrying ... administrative and leadership pressures ... but also the weight of spiritual responsibility to staff, students, families, and the broader school community. It is a role that can be deeply isolating, and the need for dedicated pastoral and spiritual support is, in my experience, both real and largely unmet.
Principals who are not adequately supported will simply not last in the role.
